We apply the same tariff in Bursa as in every other city; the per-km price does not change with the city. Two things set the price: the courier type and the road distance between pickup and drop-off. For motorcycle and car jobs over 5 km the formula is simple: TRY 288 + (road km − 5) × TRY 57.60. For example, Heykel to Çekirge is 5.97 km by road, so you pay 288 + 0.97 × 57.60 = TRY 343.87. We do not assign jobs longer than 1 km to walking couriers or longer than 3 km to bicycle and scooter couriers; beyond those limits no price is shown and the system points you to a motorcycle or car.
Parcel size matters too. Walking, bicycle and scooter couriers carry up to 5 desi, motorcycles up to 40 desi and cars up to 150 desi. Desi is length × width × height (cm) / 3000. For textile samples, mould parts or several boxes together, a car courier is usually the only sensible choice.

Bursa stretches east to west: from the historic centre at the foot of Uludağ it grows west towards Nilüfer and Görükle and east towards Yıldırım, Gürsu and Kestel. The centre has one-way streets and narrow bazaar lanes, so the driving route can be noticeably longer than the straight line. - Inside the bazaar, walk. Heykel to the Grand Bazaar is only 0.26 km on foot but 1.34 km by car because of one-way streets. A walking courier costs TRY 144.
- Setbaşı and Tophane are within walking range. 0.77 km and 0.83 km on foot; TRY 144 each.
- Emirsultan is bicycle territory. The cycling route is 2.28 km, under 3 km, so a TRY 216 bicycle or scooter courier is enough.
- Çekirge crosses the 5 km line. 3.05 km as the crow flies, 5.97 km by road: TRY 343.87.
- Districts and the airport are long-distance jobs. Mudanya TRY 1,779.84, Gemlik TRY 2,049.98, İnegöl TRY 2,649.60, Yenişehir Airport TRY 3,103.49, all within our motorcycle (75 km) and car (100 km) limits.
This week in Bursa: ring-road works and the 2 November fuel rise
According to the daily road status bulletin of the General Directorate of Highways, bridge expansion joint works are under way on the Bursa Ring Motorway between the Bursa and Yıldırım junctions (km 0–3). The works began on 22 October and are planned to last until 13 November 2026; the Izmir–Ankara direction is closed and traffic runs two-way on the opposite carriageway. Bursa Hayat reported the bulletin on 2 November in the same terms.
On fuel, the excise tax adjustment reached the pumps on 2 November. According to the price boards reported by Bursa Hayat, petrol rose by TRY 4.15 and diesel by TRY 3.60 per litre, putting petrol at TRY 81.60 and diesel at TRY 101.45 in Bursa. Fuel is one of the biggest costs for motorcycle and car couriers, yet as of the day this article was published we have not changed our tariff; any update appears on our calculator page first.
- Allow time on east–west jobs. Shipments from Nilüfer towards Yıldırım, Gürsu or Kestel can lose a few minutes at peak times because of the single-carriageway flow.
- Time changes, price does not. We do not charge extra for roadworks or traffic.
- Give short jobs to light couriers. Walking, bicycle and scooter couriers work at flat rates that the fuel rise does not touch.

Central Osmangazi: Heykel, the Grand Bazaar and Setbaşı
The historic inns, banks, the courthouse area and small traders generate most short-distance document and parcel traffic. Inside the bazaar a walking courier is cheapest; up to Setbaşı and Emirsultan a bicycle or scooter courier is the economical option.

Do the ring-road works make the courier more expensive?
No. Our price depends on road distance only; we add no surcharge for congestion or lane closures. The Bursa Ring Motorway works, which the highways authority says run until 13 November, can only affect delivery time.
Who can work as a courier with Jetbee?
