Jetconnect Perakende Lojistik A.Ş. (“Jetbee” or the “Company”) processes your personal data in its capacity as the data controller. This document has been prepared to inform you about how Jetbee processes the personal data of its website users.
1. Processed Data
The following information is processed depending on user categories:
From Carriers; TR ID No. (TCKN), Foreigner ID No. (YKN) and/or Tax ID No. (VKN), tax certificate, name, surname, driver's license and identity document, photo, vehicle registration document (license) for your motorcycle, phone number, alternative emergency contact phone number, email address, home address, location data, criminal record information, residence/settlement information, bank account details or IBAN number,
From Senders; TR ID No. (TCKN), Foreigner ID No. (YKN) and/or Tax ID No. (VKN), name, surname, phone number, email address, sender addresses, recipient addresses, recipient contact details and name-surname, location data, bank account details or IBAN number, billing/invoice details,
From Point Locations (Service Points); TR ID No. (TCKN), Foreigner ID No. (YKN) and/or Tax ID No. (VKN), tax certificate, name, surname, identity document, photo, phone number, email address, point address, location data, criminal record, bank account details or IBAN number,
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data specified above will be processed in accordance with the following purposes, in a limited and proportionate manner:
- Tracking processes within the scope of fulfilling the contract regarding the services offered by the Company,
- Planning and executing activities necessary to maximize the benefit obtained from products or services offered by the Company, planning and executing relevant processes to enhance user experience, and sending instant notifications in this context; conducting targeting, profiling, and analysis by determining user habits, conducting market research, and conducting customer satisfaction surveys within the scope of enhancing the user experience of products and services offered by the Company, and customizing, recommending, and promoting them to data subjects according to their preferences, usage habits, and needs,
- Planning and/or executing after-sales support service activities, and tracking user requests and/or complaints within the scope of having our business units carry out necessary work and executing relevant business processes to enable data subjects to benefit from products and services offered by the Company and enhance the experience of these users,
- Planning and executing necessary operational activities, audits, and security measures to ensure Company operations are conducted in accordance with company procedures and/or relevant legislation within the scope of ensuring the Company's legal, technical, and commercial security,
- Establishing and managing information technology infrastructure, planning information security processes, preventing fraudulent activities, tracking finance and/or accounting and legal affairs, and planning logistical activities within the scope of having our relevant units conduct necessary work and managing associated processes for the execution of commercial activities carried out by the Company.
3. Method and Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data
Your personal data is collected by the Company through channels such as email, relevant websites, and mobile applications, as well as physically via mail/cargo delivery, and may be processed based on the following legal grounds specified below:

- Processing of personal data belonging to you is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract between you and us: 1, 3, 5
- Mandatory for us to fulfill our legal obligations: 3, 4, 5
- Made public by you (to the extent consistent with your purpose of making it public): 2, 3
- Mandatory to process your personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a right: 3, 4, 5

4. Parties to Whom Your Personal Data May Be Transferred and Purposes of Transfer
Your personal data collected by the Company may be shared with our affiliated group companies, subsidiaries, shareholders, other business partners, legally authorized public institutions, and private individuals/entities pursuant to Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, based on the legal grounds stated and for the purposes detailed in Article 2 of this Privacy Notice above.
5. Your Rights as a Personal Data Subject
- Under Article 11 of the Law, you are granted the following rights as a personal data subject:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
- To request rectification of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately, and to request notification of the transaction carried out in this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, despite having been processed in accordance with Law No. 6698 and other relevant legal provisions, and to request notification of the transaction carried out in this scope to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To demand compensation for damages in the event that you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
In accordance with the KVKK, you may submit your requests by sending an email to [email protected] and/or via the link available in the User system. The Company will conclude your request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the Company reserves the right to charge a fee based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
Applications that do not meet the conditions determined by the Personal Data Protection Authority within the scope of the relevant legislation will not be processed unless additional information that may be requested from you to meet the criteria is provided.
The Company reserves the right to unilaterally update this Privacy Notice in the event of business requirements or legal necessities.
