Additionally, our customers can easily perform transactions at our physical Jetbee Point service locations.

02 What is the payment model for Jetbee services? add

A transparent and clear payment model is applied to all services. For dedicated courier services, payment is made per shipment, and businesses do not encounter additional costs. For express courier and cargo/shipping services, pricing is per shipment, and users can choose the most suitable option with instant quotes.

Users load balance into their sender accounts via bank transfer/EFT or online payment options, and the cost of each shipment created is deducted from this balance, ensuring transparent and trackable billing.

03 What does Jetbee's technological infrastructure provide to the user? add

Thanks to Jetbee's advanced technological infrastructure, all services are managed under a single roof. Users can track their shipments in real-time and optimize their operations with reporting and analysis tools. This system offers speed, security, and transparency all at once.

With the sender platform and application Jetbee Cerebral, senders can easily perform their transactions instantly on phones, tablets, and computers.

04 What services are available at Jetbee Point locations? add

Users can easily access cargo shipping, transport requests, document delivery, and logistics support services at Jetbee Point locations. In addition, they can easily access many ancillary services provided in cooperation with our partners, such as bill payments, money transfers, subscriptions, phone package/top-ups, digital platform and e-pin sales, insurance solutions, transportation ticket sales, and cargo collection points.

05 How do cancellation and refund processes work at Jetbee? add

Shipment cancellation or change requests can be made through the system. The pricing policy for cancelled shipments may vary depending on the service type. For detailed information, you can check the Cancellation and Refund Policy page on our website.

06 Is there a minimum shipment requirement to work with Jetbee? add

There is a monthly minimum shipment threshold for dedicated courier services. This threshold is necessary for the sustainability of the service and cost efficiency. However, there is no minimum threshold for express courier services provided from the pool; you can receive service instantly. For Cargo, Logistics, and Freight services, you can also easily receive service without any thresholds.

07 What are Jetbee's eco-friendly practices? add

Eco-friendly deliveries are made using bicycle and electric scooter couriers. Additionally, our mobility battery swapping operation increases energy efficiency and reduces our carbon footprint.

08 How can shipments be tracked with Jetbee? add

All shipments can be tracked in real-time via Jetbee's digital platform. Users are kept informed at every step of the delivery process. Additionally, the shipment status can be monitored live on the live tracking screen available on our website.

09 How is the Jetbee courier network managed? add

With a pool of over 5000 couriers, we have a vast carrier network across Turkey, including various types of freelance couriers such as pedestrians, cyclists, scooter riders, motorcyclists, car drivers, van drivers, pickup trucks, trucks, and semi-trucks. Courier performance is continuously monitored and optimized.

10 What advantages does Jetbee provide to businesses? add

Clear cost calculation, exemption from additional expenses, speed, security, transparency, and nationwide access in Turkey. Businesses get rid of operational burdens while increasing customer satisfaction.

11 How are costs calculated for the dedicated courier service? add

In the dedicated courier service, businesses only pay per delivery. With bicycle and electric scooter couriers, fixed couriers are provided for 6 days a week, with a schedule of 9 hours of work + 1 hour of break, starting from 95 TL. Businesses do not deal with any additional costs such as motorcycle repair, rental, fuel, insurance, or salary. However, this service is provided within the scope of a per-delivery kilometer scale and a monthly minimum delivery scale.

12 What is the difference between express courier service and dedicated courier? add

The dedicated courier model provides businesses with regular and predictable cost advantages by assigning fixed couriers. Express courier service, on the other hand, is designed for urgent and one-off shipments. We provide services across Turkey with motorcycle and car couriers, with prices starting from 288 TL for shipments up to 5 km.

13 What delivery options are available for Jetbee express courier service? add

Urgent courier and same-day scheduled delivery options are offered. Users can have their shipments delivered exactly within the time frame they need.

14 How are discounts provided on cargo and logistics services? add

Jetbee has established centralized agreements with over 8 contracted cargo and logistics brands. Thanks to this, users can ship at discounted rates of up to 80% compared to standard cargo branch prices.

15 How do volumetric weight limits work for cargo shipments? add

We offer the ability to get instant quotes, compare prices, and purchase shipping labels for all needs, ranging from shipments under 50 desi to freight transport over 50 desi.

16 What is the scope of the shipping services provided? add

Jetbee offers home-to-home, office-to-office moving, and cargo/goods transportation services. Provided throughout Turkey, these services meet the moving and cargo transfer needs of both individual users and businesses.

17 How is security ensured in valuable document logistics? add

Valuable deliveries such as documents and cards for banks, payment institutions, and corporations are transported securely via motorcycle and car couriers. Each shipment is tracked digitally, and special sealing and security protocols are applied.

18 How does the mobility battery swap operation work? add

Battery swaps for vehicles in the scooter and moped sector are carried out seamlessly through our extensive courier network. Battery status and charge levels are monitored in real-time, and field teams perform swaps using the most efficient routes.

19 What does a Jetbee courier do? add

A Jetbee courier picks up delivery tasks from businesses in their current location via the system, collects the items from the sender, delivers them to the recipient, and earns additional income per package from these deliveries.

20 How can I become a Jetbee courier (carrier)? add

You can apply in 2 minutes via our mobile application or web portal by following the instructions on the 'Become a Carrier/Courier' page on our website.

Once your application reaches us, your account will be approved by our teams provided there are no obstacles. Approval processes are carried out in the order they are received, and delays may occur due to high volume. We kindly ask for your understanding in this regard.

When your account is approved, you will receive a notification whenever a shipment is created in your area. You can complete the delivery by delivering the shipment to the recipient, or you can earn money by picking up shipments that have fallen into the pool and are waiting to be distributed.

Since Jetbee is a new venture, it may not yet be available in all provinces and districts. If there are no partner shippers in your area, you may not receive shipment notifications. But don't worry, thanks to the innovative delivery models it offers, Jetbee carries out 3PL operations with many corporate business partners. You can check the details of 3PL operations via the application or our website, and start earning by joining a 3PL operation that suits your conditions.

Additionally, you can work as a dedicated courier in the operations of business partners/brands that Jetbee provides dedicated services to and earn a regular income.

21 Will I receive special training to become a Jetbee courier? add

The training on how to use the application, which you need to work in the Jetbee system, will be accessible once your account is opened via our Jetconnect Academy mobile application and web portal. You can complete your training and receive a certificate by watching the relevant training videos.

22 Is there a vehicle type requirement to become a Jetbee courier? add

In the Jetbee system, you can work as a pedestrian courier, or you can work with a bicycle, scooter, motorcycle, or car. If you do not have a vehicle, provided you meet our requirements, you can benefit from monthly rental, cash/installment, or promissory note purchase options for a vehicle through the Jetgaraj application/platform, which is part of Jetbee's parent company, Jetconnect.

23 Is there a mandatory uniform requirement for Jetbee couriers? add

There is no requirement to wear a uniform with the Jetbee logo. However, our couriers are required to comply with our dress code protocol. The relevant dress code protocol is detailed in the contracts step during your registration.

24 Is there an experience requirement to become a courier? add

There is no experience requirement to become a courier. However, we have prepared various training videos on how to use the application for every courier candidate, which can be accessed through our Jetconnect Academy application/platform.

25 Can I work with other systems while working with Jetbee? add

Since the Jetbee system is built on the concept of freedom, you can work with any courier system you want while working with Jetbee. The only thing you need to pay attention to is to set your Jetbee availability to busy while delivering packages for other systems.

26 Is it mandatory to open a company at Jetbee? add

In the Jetbee system, you can receive payments via Expense Receipt provided you do not exceed a certain monthly amount without opening a company, or you can receive payments without a limit in exchange for a Prepaid Shopping Card. While a 40% deduction is applied to payments received via Expense Receipt, there are no deductions for payments received via the shopping card.

Additionally, earnings can be instantly converted into gift shop balance without any deductions, and products available in the gift shop within our application can be purchased.

For 3PL operations, opening a company may be mandatory depending on the operation. You can check the information pages of the relevant 3PL operations for the terms and conditions of 3PL operations.

27 What will my monthly earnings be? add

Thanks to the Jetbee system, the number of senders and the volume of tasks in your location directly affect your earnings. You can earn from every shipment made by people you invite using our “Invite & Earn” system to bring new couriers and senders to the platform, or you can achieve high earnings by participating in our 3PL operations conducted with contracted brands.

28 Can I work whenever I want in the Jetbee system? add

Once you become a courier in our Jetbee system, you can activate your account at any time you wish and earn money by completing the tasks assigned to you while you are active. For example, if you work at a company, you can use your free time after 5 PM to complete tasks within your district and earn extra income. Alternatively, if you work for other courier systems and have spare time, you can utilize that time by being active on Jetbee and completing matching tasks.

29 When are payments made in the Jetbee system? add

In our Jetbee system, the earnings a courier generates from each delivery are credited to their in-app wallet. Once the necessary requirements are met, a payment withdrawal request can be submitted. Payments for requests created within the payment request period are sent to your bank account registered in the system by 9:00 PM on the next scheduled payment day.

For couriers managing their preliminary accounting via Uzman Şirketim, an e-invoice for the earned amount can be generated with a single click thanks to our e-invoice integration.

30 What is the cargo distribution/collection operation? add

Jetbee's cargo distribution/collection operation covers the process of collecting shipments from recipients or senders, sorting them, and directing them to logistics centers. This system reduces the operational burden of cargo companies and increases delivery speed.

31 Who is this service suitable for? add

It is ideal for e-commerce companies with high-volume shipment traffic, logistics companies, retail businesses, and courier companies. Additionally, small businesses with a regular flow of shipments can also benefit from this service.

32 How does the operation work? add

Jetbee collects shipments from designated points, sorts them in warehouses, and directs them to the relevant logistics centers. Route optimization and data-driven planning are used throughout the process.

33 What are the advantages for businesses? add

Businesses are relieved of operational burdens, delivery times are shortened, and costs are reduced. Additionally, thanks to Jetbee’s technological infrastructure, processes can be monitored and reported in real-time.

34 Who can apply to become a Jetbee Agency? add

Candidates who wish to become a Jetbee Agency can come from three main groups:

- Carriers: Business partners providing services in Jetbee operations
- Internal employees: Those who want to expand their career path at Jetbee
- External candidates: Entrepreneurs with commercial skills and financial sufficiency

Additionally, the following qualifications are sought in franchise candidates:

- Entrepreneurial spirit and management skills
- Proficiency in technological tools and computer usage
- Minimum 20 m² office space (for applications outside the Freelance Agency package)
- Having the infrastructure to manage regional operations
- Motivation to comply with Jetbee's operational standards
- Possessing corporate communication and persuasion skills

35 What services does a Jetbee Agency offer? add

Agencies provide courier fleet services to businesses in their region; cargo, logistics, and shipping solutions to individual and corporate senders; as well as additional services such as bill payments, insurance, ticket sales, e-pins, money transfers, and delivery/return point services. In the courier marketplace, fast intra-city delivery is provided via Jetbee Express with pedestrian, bicycle, motorcycle, and vehicle options. The shipping and logistics marketplaces offer quote requests, comparisons, and commission earnings, while the cargo marketplace provides discounted shipping opportunities through contracted cargo and logistics companies.

36 How is marketing support provided? add

Jetbee headquarters provides digital advertising support of up to 4,000 TL per month to agencies and manages the advertisements. Higher budgets are invoiced to the agency. Promotional materials can be accessed via the Jetbee Point Panel.

37 How much does a Jetbee Agency earn? add

For every shipment successfully delivered via a sender invitation, a referral income of 5 TL is defined (up to a maximum of 37,500 TL). For a courier invitation, a referral income of 5 TL is also defined for every shipment delivered by the invited couriers (up to a maximum of 37,500 TL). On the operational side, the earnings rate per shipment is approximately in the 7.5% – 10% range, depending on the package. Depending on the package, invoice and money transfer transactions, insurance/ticket referrals, e-pin sales, as well as e-commerce cargo deliveries and return pickups also provide additional income at varying amounts and rates.

38 Is there an option for those without an investment budget? add

Yes. With the Freelance Agency Package, the franchise fee can be paid in installments for up to 6 months. There is no requirement to open a physical branch. In this package, there are no construction/renovation or furniture costs, and no minimum square meter requirement; the franchise fee is €500 and can be paid in installments.

39 Which companies are available on the Jetbee Cargo Marketplace? add

We work integrated with many cargo and logistics companies such as Hepsijet, Aras, Sürat, Yurtiçi, Kolay Gelsin, Ptt Kargo, and Horoz Lojistik.

40 Can an agency be opened under a legal entity? add

Yes. Both individuals and legal entities can open one. In the case of a legal entity, the person who will manage the business is required to hold at least a 51% stake and be appointed as the manager for 3 years.

41 How does the process work after the application? add

The application form reaches the headquarters, the candidate is contacted, and a preliminary interview is conducted. During the face-to-face meeting, a letter of intent is signed; subsequently, field research and a feasibility report are prepared. After the research findings are presented to the candidate, the agency agreement is signed and payments are made. For physical packages, a branch is leased, and architectural drawings and renovations are completed; training is provided, and the agency certificate is issued. In the final stage, an opening program is planned, and the agency is opened.

42 What is the Jetbee Agency model? add

The Jetbee Franchise (Agency) Model is designed for entrepreneurs who want to start a business in the courier, logistics, and cargo sector with low investment under a strong brand. Regional agencies can build a sustainable network in their own regions using Jetbee’s technological power and operational infrastructure. The model offers a ready-to-use technology infrastructure including CRM, tracking, dashboard, wallet, and call center integration, as well as a transparent earnings program, a flexible growth model, a national network backed by brand power, and a targeted return on investment within 4–18 months.

43 Which agency packages are available? What are the differences? add

There are three main packages: Freelance, Micro, and Platinum. For Freelance, a physical branch is not mandatory; there are no construction/renovation or fixture costs; the franchise fee is €500. For Micro, a minimum 20 m² branch is required; construction/renovation and fixture costs are approximately €7,485 – €19,800, and the franchise fee is €1,500. For Platinum, a minimum 50 m² branch is required; construction/renovation and fixture costs are approximately €19,760 – €35,050, and the franchise fee is €4,000.

Courier, logistics, shipping, and cargo services, as well as insurance, ticketing, and e-pin sales, are included in all packages. Bill payment, money transfer, and cargo delivery/return point services are not available in the Freelance package but are included in the Micro and Platinum packages. The unit prices in the setup cost table are estimated averages; final amounts are clarified during setup, and needs outside of the list are charged separately.

44 Is a physical branch required? How much office space is needed? add

A physical branch is not required for the Freelance package. A minimum of 20 m² of office space is required for the Micro package, and a minimum of 50 m² for the Platinum package. For Micro and Platinum packages, items such as renovations, fixtures, and signage may be mandatory or optional depending on the package content.

45 What is the return on investment period? add

The return on investment period varies between 4–18 months. With a high transaction volume, the amortization period shortens.

46 Are an Agency and a Service Point the same thing? add

No. An Agency (Jetbee Point Franchise) is a regional business model that involves package investment and, in most packages, a branch; it offers a wide range of services and a commission structure. A Service Point, on the other hand, aims to add Jetbee services to an existing business; it is a zero-capital-focused, lighter participation model.

47 What is a Jetbee Point service point? add

Jetbee Point is a smart service point network that allows businesses to offer their customers multiple services such as bill payments, shipping, insurance, courier services, money transfers, and subscription transactions through a single mobile application.

48 Who can become a Jetbee Point service location? add

Bill payment centers, grocery stores, insurance agencies, telecom dealers, pet shops, stationery stores, offices, real estate agents, butchers, greengrocers, and herbalists can easily join the Jetbee Point merchant service network.

49 How long does it take to become a Jetbee Point service location? add

After filling out the application form, you can become an active service location in an average of 60 minutes, including the contract, approval, and training process.

50 Is an investment required to become a Jetbee Point service location? add

No, the Jetbee Point merchant service location program operates on a "Zero Investment" concept. Participation is free; a Welcome Package (banner, brochure, sticker, shipping form, etc.) is sent to businesses free of charge.

51 How do Jetbee Point service locations earn revenue? add

Earnings are generated through commissions or fixed fees per transaction.

For cargo and logistics operations: 7.5% – 10%
For bill payments/money transfers: 15 – 200 TL
For insurance/ticket referrals: 50 – 1500 TL
For e-pin sales: 5% – 10%
For e-commerce deliveries: 4.5 – 6 TL

52 Is training provided for the Jetbee Point system? add

Yes. After the application, a consultant provides training to the business representative via phone, explaining the system usage in detail. Additionally, training content prepared for point merchant service locations can be accessed 24/7 through the Jetconnect Academy application.

53 What are the advantages of becoming a Jetbee Point service location? add

Becoming a Jetbee Point merchant service location brings new customer traffic to businesses, offers the opportunity to generate additional income, increases regional brand awareness, and allows all operations to be easily managed through a single mobile application.
